Returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This can be done in several ways.

○ Email to info@dreamjournals.shop,
order number, name, address and reason for return.

○ WhatsApp message to +31 6 19775311,
order number, name, address and reason for return.

○ Download the return form ,
Print out the form, fill it in and include it with the return shipment.

After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the order at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Dream Journals Gift Shop. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returned.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Products that are made especially for you are exempt from this right of withdrawal. After placing the order, this can no longer be revoked.
